The Founder
If there is anyone that can speak to switching industries, and roles, that is certainly me. With over 12 years of experience, I have worked in government, healthcare, politics, banking and now tech. A bit of a world traveler - I was born in Russia and have spent significant time in France, Canada and now settled on the west coast of the U.S..
Since 2016, I have been working with people across the world to help them understand how to create a path to achieve their goals with rigorous and strategic planning.
I am so proud to say that our clients have been 100% successful, sometimes we just need the right person to help to get there.

Women face additional challenges and barriers. To ensure success, there are considerations that we work through and identify solutions to implement as we define the strategy and personalized plan.
Identifying which organization or school is committed to supporting women and has an inclusive and progressive culture is critical. Part of the process is having some real and tough conversations to eventually find a path to progress. We then work together to build confidence and strategies focused on your personalized goals.
I have been supporting women’s professional development and empowerment for over 10 years and throughout the process I share personal insights on how I have built and continue to build confidence and have ownership over my career trajectory.
